If your business requirement cannot be resolved through ordinary retail selection, submit the commercial details that determine whether an appropriate supplier route exists.
WayEscape uses the information you provide to structure the requirement, identify important constraints, assess whether the case is suitable for commercial routing, and determine whether a relevant supplier capability can reasonably be considered.
Submitting a requirement does not guarantee a supplier match, quotation, sample, order, or commercial acceptance.
It begins the qualification process.

When to Submit a Requirement
This route is designed for business requirements where a supplier must evaluate more than a simple product selection.
A relevant case may involve specifications, commercial volume, customization, supplier feasibility, manufacturing capability, materials, equipment, implementation, integration, samples, prototypes, qualification requirements, destination markets, quotation, or several constraints that must be considered together.
If your requirement can be completed through ordinary consumer checkout without supplier evaluation, WayEscape may not be the appropriate route.
Review Buyer Fit and Non-Fit Conditions
What Happens to Your Submission
A submitted requirement does not automatically get forwarded to a supplier.
WayEscape first reviews whether the case contains enough commercial information to be meaningfully evaluated.
The working sequence is:
Requirement Submitted → Requirement Structured → Qualification → Supplier Fit Review → Commercial Route → Supplier Response
Depending on the case, WayEscape may:
- determine that the requirement is sufficiently structured for review;
- request clarification or missing information;
- identify the supplier capability or supplier class that may be relevant;
- determine that an existing commercial route may fit;
- determine that the requirement currently has no credible route;
- or conclude that the case falls outside the scope of WayEscape.
The objective is not to forward the largest possible number of inquiries.
The objective is to create commercially coherent routes.
Supplier Fit Does Not Mean Supplier Acceptance
A supplier may appear technically or commercially relevant while still being unable to accept a specific request.
Current capacity, MOQ, lead time, geography, customization, qualification requirements, pricing conditions, implementation constraints, or other factors may affect the supplier’s decision.
WayEscape can structure and route a relevant commercial case.
The supplier remains responsible for:
- technical feasibility;
- final specifications;
- capacity confirmation;
- pricing;
- quotation;
- samples;
- lead time;
- contractual terms;
- compliance confirmation;
- and final commercial acceptance.
Submit Your Commercial Requirement
Please provide the most accurate information currently available.
You do not need to know every technical term before submitting the case. If an important variable is unresolved, explain what is known and what still needs supplier input.
What Happens Next
After submission, the case may move through one or more qualification steps.
1. Requirement Review
WayEscape reviews the submitted information for commercial coherence.
2. Clarification if Necessary
If important variables are missing, additional information may be requested before routing.
3. Supplier-Fit Evaluation
The structured requirement can be compared with an existing supplier capability or appropriate supplier class.
4. Route Decision
If a credible route exists, the case may progress toward the relevant commercial endpoint.
If no credible route currently exists, WayEscape should not present the case as though a supplier match has been established.
5. Supplier Response
Where a supplier accepts review of the case, the next step may involve feasibility questions, samples, quotation, technical discussion, implementation review, negotiation, or another commercial response.
WayEscape Does Not Act as the Supplier
Unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific commercial relationship, WayEscape does not manufacture supplier products, issue supplier quotations, guarantee technical feasibility, control supplier capacity, or enter contracts on behalf of a supplier.
Its role is to structure, qualify, and route commercial requirements where an appropriate path exists.

Submit the Requirement, Not Just the Search Term
The most useful starting point is not:
“Find me a supplier.”
It is:
What does your business actually need, what conditions determine fit, and what commercial response must happen next?
Provide that information through the commercial requirement form.
